Welcome
Welcome...
I am Dr. Toni Hawkins. Just a little about me, I am a connector, an educator and ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, serving as the Transitional Conference Minister for the Southwest Conference representing ministries and congregations in Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso, TX.
In addition, I am a licensed diversity and inclusion trainer, certified conflict mediator and negotiator, licensed pastoral counselor, certified relationship facilitator, and published author. Because I wear many hats, I am intentional about exercising self-care to be the best expression of myself to effectively serve others and encourage them to do the same.
My passion is helping people in transition, experiencing relational conflict, or are dealing stagnation to reach their highest and fullest potential through implementing self-care principles, spiritual disciplines, personal goal-setting and professional development.
I train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of UCC polity, racial trauma and bias, relational conflict, grief and loss, process improvement, entrepreneurial ministry and leadership development, self-care; and setting healthy boundaries. Through training and consultation, I journey with co-learners/clients to address their challenges, set realistic goals, and develop transformation in their areas of interest.
I am looking forward to learning with you as we journey together to develop a listening ear, share stories and build relationships, create toolkits, and develop skills to promote racial equity and healing in our faith communities and other surroundings.
